This app is much better than using the website. There are a few adjustments I would like to see:

1) Better response time when you open or reopen it. I find it running slow after the live chat connects and intermittently afterwards. 2) Keep live chat active if you toggle to another app and return.

Thats all I have at this time. Hopefully this was specific enough.
