App crashes after buying membership. Needs fixed ASAP.

33.99 a month for a "Gold" membership is outrageous for an app.

I have both versions on my phone and it still isnt helpful. Ill search between both apps and find different people. I dont receive alerts. You should be able to search by name. Why cant you combine both apps. Very frustrating and I dont even think Im going to survive a month on this site.
